摘要
BOPP薄膜与其聚丙烯原料的第一次升温熔融DSC曲线有很大差异,而其第二次升温熔融DSC曲线和降温结晶曲线则彼此都相当近似。BOPP薄膜的第一次升温曲线出现了明显的峰的分裂。在161℃左右会出现一个小的取向峰。在169℃左右的熔融主峰很尖锐,其峰高约为原料的两倍。这些DSC曲线形态的差异可以用来作为BOPP薄膜的DSC特征判据。
There are great differences for the first raising temperature melting DSC curve between the BOPP film and its corresponding raw material, while little differences for the second raising temperature melting curve and the reducing temperature crystallization curve. Significant split of the melting peak took place in the first raising temperature melting curve of the BOPP film. There exists a small oriented peak at about 161 ℃. The main melting peak at about 169℃ of the BOPP film is so high that its height is almost as twice as that of the raw material. These differences could be used as the DSC characteristic criterion of BOPP film.
