摘要
通过对热氧处理聚丙烯粉料的DSC熔融参数的系统考察,给出了一种采用DSC方法评估聚丙烯回收料降解程度的方法。实验结果表明,随着热氧处理时间的增加,熔融峰温(Tpm)、外推熔融起始温度(Teim)、外推熔融终止温度(Tefm)和熔融终止温度(Tfm)都逐渐下降,且呈现出好的规律性。可以利用这种规律对聚丙烯回收料的降解程度做定量评估。
A simple and quick DSC method for the evaluation of the degradation of the recycled polypropylene was developed by the systematical investigation of the DSC melting parameters of the thermooxidative treating PP powder.The experimental result showed that the values of the temperature of the melting peak(Tpm),the extrapolating melting beginning temperature(Teim),the extrapolating melting ending temperature(Tefm) and the melting ending temperature(Tfm) decreased with the increase of the thermooxidative treating time to show good regularities.These regularities can be used as a quantitative method to the evaluation of the degradation of the recycled polypropylene.
