摘要
文章探讨了基于GMP要求下某益生菌生产车间设计的优化方法。在确定活性固体菌剂生产工艺的基础上,提出紧凑合理的车间布置方案,保障通畅的人、物流路线,人员操作便捷,并能确保车间内的生产环境,避免交叉污染,便于控制和管理,使车间在设计布局和硬件配置等方面符合国家GMP标准。
Optimum design of the probiotic workshop that based on GMP was discussed in the article. The process of the active solid agent was determined, and reasonable and compact floorplan of workshop was provided. The disposition in workshop makes the flowing route for the staff and the material is convenient, the staff easy to operate, and the cross contamination is avoided at the same time. The probiotic＇s workshop design layout and hardware configuration, and other areas are conformed to GMP.
