摘要
为促进中国环境友好型有机农业产业的发展,从专业研究机构、有机产业协会、有机咨询公司等角度对发达国家有机产业发展技术服务体系的经验做法与相关政策进行了对比研究,分析其发展过程以及取得的成效,以此指出中国有机产业技术服务体系发展中存在的诸如技术服务机构发展相对不足、彼此间互补性不强、缺少政策资金支持,以及技术服务体系信息化仍需加强等问题,并从技术、服务与保障3个方面凝练出完善中国有机产业技术服务体系发展的启示。
To promote the development of environment-friendly organic agriculture industry, organic industrytechnical service system in developed countries were compared from different aspects such as organicagriculture research institutions, industry associations and consulting firms. Development process andachievements of organic industry technical service system in developed countries were analyzed in order topoint out problems of organic industry technical service system in China. The problems included the lack ofdevelopment, communication and financial support of technical service organization, and information of servicesystem need to be strengthened. Finally enlightenments were summed up from the aspects of technology,services and security for the future development of China’s organic industry technical service system.
