穴位埋线联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘临床研究 被引量:11

Clinical Research on Acupuncture Point Embedded Wire Combined with Meng Lu Si Sodium Treatment of Infantile Cough Variant Asthma

摘要 目的:观察穴位埋线联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘临床疗效及其对患儿血清干扰素-γ(interferon-γ,IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-4(interleukin-4,IL-4)、白细胞介素-5(interleukin-5,IL-5)水平的影响。方法:74例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为两组,观察组36例,对照组38例。观察组运用穴位埋线配合口服孟鲁司特钠治疗,对照组口服孟鲁司特钠治疗,治疗3个月后,观察两组临床疗效,检测治疗前后血清IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-5水平。结果:观察组有效率为88.89%,对照组有效率为76.32%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组均能升高血清IFN-γ水平,降低血清IL-4、IL-5水平,且观察组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线联合孟鲁司特钠可提高咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿临床疗效,且能显著升高咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿血清IFN-γ水平,降低血清IL-4、IL-5水平。 Objective: To observe clinical curative effect of acupuncture point embedded wire comtined with meng Lu Si sodium treatment of infantile cough variant asthma and the effect on patients serum interferon-γ( IFN-γ),interleukin-4( IL-4),interleukin-5( IL-5) level. Methods: 74 cases of children with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into two groups,with 36 cases in observation group and 38 cases in control group. The observation group was cured with acupuncture point bury line treatment combining with oral Lu Si meng sodium,while the sodium control group was cured with only Lu Si meng. After 3 months,the clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed,and the serum IFN-γ gamma,IL-4,IL-5 levels were tested. Results: The effective rate of the observation group was88. 89%,while the effective rate of control group was 76. 32%,which means the effect of the observation group is better than that of control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Treatment of the acupuncture point embedded wire combined with meng Lu Si,sodium can improve the clinical curative effect of children with cough variant asthma,by markedly increasing in children's serum levels of interferonsgamma,and reducing the serum IL-4,IL-5 levels.
