摘要
[目的]观察润肺止咳汤治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将124例门诊及住院患者按就诊顺序编号法分为两组。对照组62例氨茶碱,每次3-5mg/kg,4次/d,口服。青霉素200-800万U＋250mL5%葡萄糖,1次/d,静滴。治疗组62例润肺止咳汤（桔梗、前胡、法半夏、陈皮、紫菀炙、款冬花炙、川贝母、远志炙、杏仁、蜂蜜各6g,甘草炙3g,广州三九药业公司免煎颗粒剂）,1剂/d,水冲早晚口服;痰多加茯苓、泽泻、胆星各6g;气喘加炙麻黄、苏子、地龙各6g,生龙骨、生牡蛎各15g;鼻塞、流清涕及打喷嚏加苍耳子、辛夷、薄荷、白芷各6g;自汗加防风、白术各6g,黄芪15g。连续治疗3d为1疗程。观测临床症状、临床症状改善情况、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效44例,有效16例,无效2例,总有效率96.78%,对照组显效25例,有效24例,无效13例,总有效率79.03%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。临床症状改善情况两组均有改善（P〈0.05）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]润肺止咳汤治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘效果显著,值得推广。
[ Objective ] To observe the lungs cough treating pediatric cough variant asthma treatment. [ Methods ] Random parallel control method, 124 cases of outpatient and inpatient treatment order numbers were divided into two groups. Treatment group of 62 patients lungs cough soup （ Jiegeng, Qianhu, Fabanxia, Chenpi, Ziyuan fried, Kuandonghua fried, Chuanbeimu, Yuanzhi fried, Xingren, Fengmi each 6g, Gancao 3g）, 1 does/ d, Guangzhou Sanjiu Pharmaceutical companies free fried granules, water will sooner or later orally;sputum plus Poria, Alisma, gall star each 6g;asthma plus Sunburn ephedra, Suzi, earthworm each 6g, Health keel, raw oysters 15g;stuffy nose, runny nose and sneezing plus fruit, magnolia, mint, Angelica 6g; spontaneous plus wind, Atractylodes 6g, Astragalus 15g. 3d is a continuous course of treatment . Observation of clinical symptoms, improvement of clinical symptoms, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment for 3 courses, to determine efficacy. [ Results] 44 cases markedly effective in 16 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 96.78%, control group 25 cases markedly effective in 24 cases, ineffective in 13 cases, the total efficiency of 79.03% . Treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . Improvement of clinical symptoms were improved in both groups （ P 〈0.05 ）, improvement in the treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Lungs cough soup treatment of children with cough variant asthma effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
