摘要
医学影像学的传统教学方式是采用演示文稿由老师讲解典型病例的X光片和CT/MR关键图像。随着CT和MR技术的发展,每个病例的CT/MR检查图像数量不断增大,教学课件仅能显示有限的代表性示教片。基于公共网络平台按照本科教学大纲建立各个系统CT和MR的教学资料数据库,包括正常和典型病例全部的横断位、冠状位、矢状位以及三维重建图像,由学生在课下自由、自主地阅片学习,这一教学改革措施能够充分发挥网络灵活、方便的优势,扩大学生的视野和信息量,巩固其对影像知识的掌握,从而提高教学效果。
With the development of CT and MR technology,the number of images of each case has been increasing quickly,which is not suitable for the conventional teaching form that only a few X-ray images or CT / MR key images of each case can be shown in PowerPoint( PPT) presentation. Using internet,hundreds of CT / MR images on axis,coronal and sagittal plane and three-dimensional reconstructed images have been input as the teaching database according to undergraduate syllabus for medical imaging and uploaded to the education website. This reform will help the students get easy access to much more CT / MR teaching images than ever and in turn improve teaching quality.
