休闲舞蹈体力活动特征及对骨应力影响的分析——以四川盆地中老年公职女性群体为例 被引量:2

摘要 目的:对四川盆地规律参与大众休闲舞蹈中的老年公职女性进行体力活动能量消耗及桡、胫骨SOS值测试,研究不同舞蹈体力活动特征对该群体桡、胫骨骨应力的影响。方法:问卷采集受试者运动年限、运动频率及时间等数据;设实验组(交谊舞,民族舞,广场舞组)与对照组;测试受试者桡、胫骨SOS值,测试不同舞蹈每次训练能量消耗及强度水平,活动时心率水平,采用单因素方差分析各组数据。结果:大众舞种体力活动水平几乎全为轻微活动,能量消耗量极低,心率水平很低,各舞种间无显著差异;不同舞种女性的桡、胫骨BMD无显著差异。运动年限3年以上组,其桡骨SOS值较3年以下和对照组,差异非常显著(p<0.01);胫骨SOS值3年以上组与对照组差异非常显著(P<0.01),但与3年以下组间无显著差异;3年以下组与对照组桡、胫骨SOS均无显著差异。结论:休闲舞蹈的体力活动水平极低,不同舞种间无差异。休闲舞蹈体力活动水平对骨的重塑在3年内无显著影响,对骨重塑的影响要5-6年才能体现。 [Objective] The effect of physical activity of different kinds of dances on the old office female group's radius, tibia stress was studied, by testing the energy consumption, radius and tibia SOS value of this group in Sichuan Basin, who regularly participate in the popular recreational dancing activity. [Method] Questionnaire was used to collect the data of the samples such as the duration of sports, exercise frequency and exercise time. The experimental group(ballroom dance, folk dance, square dance) and contrast group were set. The radius, tibia SOS values of samples, as well as energy consumption, physical activity levels and heart rate for different dancing each time were tested. The data was analyzed by one-way ANOVA. [Results] There is no distinguishing difference in energy consumption and physical activity level among the three dancing groups. There is no evident impact on women's radius and tibia BMD among the three dancing groups. If the Sports duration is more than three years, the radial SOS value's difference was significant (p 〈0.01) with less than 3 years and the control group. And the radius, tibia SOS values are not significantly different from the 3-years-sports-life group and contrast group. [Conclusion] The level of recreational dancing activity is extremely lower. Different dancing activities have no obvious differences. Leisure dancing activity is unable to rebuild the bone of the dancers in three years. And the impact of dancing on bone will be reflected in 5-6 years.
