摘要
目的 探讨高敏C反应蛋白与肌钙蛋白浓度测定对急性冠脉综合征患者的临床意义。方法 选取2013年7月~2015年7月在本院治疗的90例急性冠脉综合征患者作为观察组,选取90例健康体检者作为对照组,观察两组的高敏C反应蛋白以及肌钙蛋白水平,同时比较不同心功能级别患者的高敏C反应蛋白与肌钙蛋白水平。结果 观察组的高敏C反应蛋白与肌钙蛋白水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。Ⅳ级心功能患者的高敏C反应蛋白与肌钙蛋白水平显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级心功能患者,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。Ⅲ级心功能患者的高敏C反应蛋白与肌钙蛋白水平显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ级患者,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。Ⅱ级心功能患者的高敏C反应蛋白与肌钙蛋白水平显著高于Ⅰ级心功能患者,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 高敏C反应蛋白及肌钙蛋白浓度检测对于急性冠脉综合征患者具有重要的临床诊疗意义,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of detecting the level of high-sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP) and cardiac troponin in acute coronary syndrome patients. Methods 90 patients with acute coronary syn- drome from July 2013 to July 2015 in our hospital were selected as the observation group,and 90 healthy persons were selected as the control group.The level of hs-CRP and cardiac troponin in two groups was observed,and the Fevel of hs- CRP and cardiac troponin in patients with different cardiac function was compared. Results The level of hs-CRP and cardiac troponin in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P〈0.05). The level of hs-CRP and cardiac troponin in grade Ⅳ patients with cardiac function was higher than that in grade Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅲ patients with cardiac function,with significant difference (P〈0.05).The level of hs-CRP and cardiac troponin in grade Ⅲ patients with cardiac function was higher than that in grade Ⅰ , Ⅱ patients with cardiac function,with signifi- cant difference (P〈0.05). The level of hs-CRP and cardiac troponin in grade Ⅱ patients with cardiac function was higher than that in grade Ⅰ patients with cardiac function,with significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion Detecting of the level of hs-CRP and cardiac troponin have important meaning for clinical diagnosis and therapy of acute coronary syndrome patients,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
