摘要
当前,初入职场的大学毕业生短期内整体离职率逐年提高,"闪辞"现象是当代大学毕业生就业过程中的一个较为普遍的现象,也折射出大学生就业过程中的深层次问题,本文通过对"闪辞"现象的原因进行分析,试图探究规避"闪辞"现象的有效解决途径。
At present, the turnover rate of nascent graduates are becoming more and more high . The Flash Quit is a common phenomenon in the period of graduates＇ employment , which reflect some serious problems exist in the employment . Through the analysis of cause of Flash Quit, this paper tries to find out some countermeasures to avoid this phenomenon.
