Effects of Ce on the Inclusions and Impact Toughness of T91 Heat-resistant Steel

摘要 为了降低T91铁素体耐热钢中的夹杂物对性能的影响,采用Ce进行变质处理后进行冲击试验,并采用扫描电镜和能谱观察分析冲击断口和显微组织。实验结果表明,Ce对改变T91耐热钢夹杂物的形貌和大小作用明显,未加稀土的钢的断口是韧性穿晶断裂,加稀土后钢的断口是韧窝断裂。韧窝中出现的细小球状稀土硫氧化物夹杂是性能转变的主要原因。稀土对T91钢室温冲击性能提高作用显著,0.016%(质量分数)Ce使T91钢室温冲击功由131 J/cm2提高276 J/cm2。 In order to lower influence of the inclusions in the T91 heat- resistant steel,the impact test has been carried out after modification treatment with addition of Ce. The impact fracture and microstructure were observed and analyzed by using scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum. The results show that Ce can change morphology and size of T91 heat- resistant steels' inclusions obviously. The specimens without rare earth exhibited transgranular fracture,and ones with rare earth showed dimple fracture. Small dimples that exist in spherical rare- earth oxysulfide inclusions are the main reason for the change. Impact toughness has been improved significantly at the room temperature with rare earth elements,impact energy of the T91 heat- resistant steel has been improved from 131 J / cm2 to 276 J / cm2 with content of 0. 016% Ce.
