摘要
介绍了渤海的基本冰情,特别是2001年冬季海冰给海上航运带来的灾害.根据多年实践经验,从非结构和结构抗冰减灾两方面提出了防冰减灾的对策和构思.
The basic state of Bohai ice is described in this paper, especially the disasters to shipping due to the sea ice in the winter 2001. Based on the practical experiences for many years, standpoints and opinions are suggested on how to avoid disasters and reduce loss in the light of non-structure and structure.
