摘要
依据渤海石油开发和海上交通运输前景 ,结合渤海海冰特征和环渤海、渤海原油品种的特点 ,分析开展冰区溢油清理技术的难度。
The characteristics of ice in Bohai area and the crude oil produced in this offshore field are described and discussed.The problems and difficulty for cleaning of spilled oil in this area at icy condition are analyzed.
