摘要
建立了一种碱水解-高效液相色谱法(HPLC)应用于塑料中邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂总量的筛查方法。用四氢呋喃提取塑料样品中的邻苯二甲酸酯,加入乙醇和氢氧化锂溶液,将邻苯二甲酸酯水解成邻苯二甲酸盐;再经酸化,用HPLC检测邻苯二甲酸的含量,从而筛查塑料中的邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂总量。本方法处理方式简单,对样品的检出限为3 mg/kg,能够达到对塑料的检测要求。
A screening method of alkaline hydrolysis-high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed to screen the amount of phthalate ester plasticizers. Tetrahydrofuran was used to extract phthalate esters of plastic samples, and then ethanol and lithium hydroxide solution were added to hydrolyzephthalate esters to phthalate. After acidification, HPLC was used to determine the content of phthalic acid, so the amount of phthalate ester plasticizers was screened. This method meets the detection requirements for plastics with simple operation and a limit of detection of 3 mg/kg.
