摘要
‘宁运3号’是南京农业大学葫芦科作物遗传与种质创新国家重点实验室利用亲本M00-2-14-6-25-3-10-4与B00-6-10-3-9-19-8-11进行杂交配制,经过品种比较试验和区域试验,筛选获得的综合性状优良的黄瓜新品种组合,于2012年获得了品种权。该品种可以进行爬地栽培,免除搭架,适合规模化的机械化生产。为了更好地推广应用该品种,文章在多年制种实践基础上,初步总结了其配套的网室人工制种技术。
Abstract: ‘Ning Yun 3' is a new variaty of eueumber bred by lab of Cueurbit Genetics and Germplasm Enhaneement of Nanjing agriculture university. The F, hybrid with good agronomic characters was seleeted from the mating of M00-2-14-6-25-3-10--4 crossing to 17,00-6- 10-3-9-19-8-11, after a series of wariety tests of comparison and bloek experiments. In addition, our applieation for plant variety rights protec- tion of ‘ Ning Yun 3 ' had been accepted in 2012. This eultivar ean creep along the ground without stuck, and is suitable for large-scale mech- anized production. In order to popularizing this new variety, the corresponding artificial teehnique of hybrid seeds production is summarized in this artiele.
