摘要
微热再生干燥器是确保向实验室提供低露点制冷气体的核心装备,在分析影响微热再生干燥器露点因素的基础上,重点分析了再生过程中的能耗与气耗,针对某型微热再生干燥器的运行参数及能耗对比,分析了存在的问题并优化了关键参数,具有一定的指导性。
The micro-heat regeneration air dryer is a core equipment which be insured to supplying low dew-point air to the low-temperature laboratory. Based on the analysis on the factors which influence dew-point of the micro-heat regeneration air dryer, this paper mainly analyzes the energy consumption and the air consumption of the regeneration process. And aiming at the operating parameter and energy consumption comparison of the micro-heat regeneration air dryer, the existing problems are analyzed, and the key parameters are optimized also. So it has some guide meanings.
