摘要
组织微阵列技术是20世纪90年代发展起来的一门新技术,它具有高通量,平行对组织进行分析研究等优点,已广泛运用于肿瘤病理、药物筛选和生物制品实验中。本文对组织微阵列结合图象分析技术测定DNA含量的原理、死后细胞核DNA降解的规律及推断死后间隔时的应用进行探讨。
Tissue microarray(TMA) was developed at 1990 s,it has many advantages including high-throug-hput,parallel analysis etc.It has been utilized in many areas.we reviewed briefly the principle of quantifying the DNA in nucleus and the foreground of this method in determining postmortem interval(PMI) in forensic pathology.
