摘要
商事登记制度改革在许多试点地区已经拉开了帷幕,但其中对"小商人"的改革提之甚少,如何在商事登记制度改革中给小商人留下一席之地,是我们不得不思考的问题。就小商人豁免登记的相关问题展开的论述可为小商人的合法化谋求合理化基础。
Commercial registration system reform has been launched in many pilot areas, but reformation for small merchants was little mentioned. It is what we have to take into consideration that how to leave a seat for small merchants in the commercial registration system reform. Discussion on small merchants＇ exemption from registration can underlie legalization of their existence in a reasonable way.
