摘要
ZL205A樑铸件采用树脂砂低压铸造工艺生产,利用ProCAST软件,对铸件充型、凝固过程进行数值模拟,从温度场和凝固过程等方面分析缩松、气孔缺陷形成原因。采取增加内浇道尺寸、调整浇注系统结构等工艺措施进行工艺优化。结合模拟结果并经实际生产验证,最终消除了铸件缩松缺陷,降低了气孔发生率,得到了品质优良的铸件。
Resin sand low-pressure casting process was used to produce ZL205A beam castings. Using ProCAST software to numerically simulate mold filling, solidification process, the causes of shrinkage and porosity detects were analyzed in terms of temperature field and solidification process. By increasing the size of the ingates, adjusting gating system structure, the process measures were optimized. Combining simulation and actual production verification, the casting shrinkage defects were ultimately eliminated with low porosity incidence rate and good quality castings.
