摘要
通过实验对铝硅合金与铝铜合金流动性、热裂倾向等铸造性能进行对比,研究了铝铜合金铸造性能。结果表明,由于凝固过程的不同,同ZLAlSi7Cu2MgA合金相比,ZL205A合金流动性较差;合金元素Zr使ZL205A热裂倾向性增大。
The casting properties, fluidity and hot cracking tendency ofAl-Cu alloy were compared with that of Al-Si alloy. The results show that, compared with the ZLAlSi7Cu2MgA alloy, ZL205A alloy has worse fluidity because of the different solidification processes; the exist of alloying element Zr makes hot cracking tendency higher than that of ZL205A alloy.
