摘要
旅游业的迅猛发展和日新月异的业态变化对旅游管理专业人才培养提出了更高的要求,本文结合旅游业发展对旅游管理专业学生在创新创业方面提出的要求,从创新意识、创新能力和创新知识体系三个方面阐述了旅游管理专业学生在创新创业方面存在的问题,并针对性的提出了对策。
The rapid development of tourism industry and the emerging of its new operation types call for a higher requirement for the training of tourism talents. In view of the new requirement with regards to the innovation and entrepreneurship for the tourism management students, this paper sets forth the problems in innovation entrepreneurship of these students from the perspectives of innovation consciousness, innovation capability and innovation knowledge system, and provides the countermeasures accordingly.
