摘要
目的加强军队中心医院护理队伍的建设,以达到军队三级甲等医院评审要求。方法对军队中心医院护理管理中普遍存在的困难和问题进行分析,并提出对策。结果通过建立质量安全相关的绩效管理体系,有效地推动了优质护理服务的深化和实施。结论优质护理和责任制整体护理作为三级医院评审中护理质量评价的核心指标,科学的绩效管理是关键和助力。
Objective To strenthening the development of nursing discipline and team building ,so as to meet the appraisal requirements of Class III Grade I hospital .Methods To analyze the common difficulties and issues in the discipline construction of central hospital and seeking the solution .Results By establis-hing a quality and safety related performance management system ,implementing and deepening the high quality nursing service effectively .Conclusion High quality nursing service and holistic nursing care as the core indexes of hospital accreditation ,the scientific performance management is the key link and support .
