摘要
血管性痴呆是以认知功能减退以及情感行为异常为主要表现的常见痴呆类型之一。诸多动物实验表明中医药对血管性痴呆模型具有明显的治疗作用。该文就血管性痴呆的中医药实验研究中所采用动物模型、中医药选择、治疗机制探讨及研究中尚存在的问题等作一综述。
Vascular dementia＇s main manifestation is cognitive dysfunction and abnormal emotional behavior and Vascular Dementia is a common type of dementia. Many animal experiments show that Chinese medicine has obvious therapeutic effect for vascular dementia model. In this paper,experimental study of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）for vascular dementia in the animal model,TCM Selection,the therapeutic mechanism discussion and problems in the research is reviewed.
