摘要
高校网络舆情存在着自组织特性,结合复旦投毒案分析高校网络舆情自组织演化机理,得出随机涨落是自组织演化的内在诱因,信息非线性的相互竞争与协调是网络舆情演变内动力,渐变、突变是网络舆情演化路径。高校要创造网络舆情系统自组织演化条件,保持网络的开放性,建立良好的外部治理环境,根据网络舆情演化的各个阶段特点进行有效管理引导机制的构建。
Network public opinion in colleges and universities possesses its self-organizing character- istics. This paper analyzes the self-organized evolution mechanism of network public opinion in colleges and universities by adopting the poisoning case of Fudan University. It can be concluded that random fluc- tuation is the internal cause of self-organizing evolution; nonlinear and mutual competition and coordina- tion of information is the internal motivation of network public opinion; gradual and catastrophic changes are the evolution path of network public opinion-. The paper presents that colleges and universities shall cultivate the condition of self-organizing evolution for network public opinion, maintain network openness, establish healthy environment for external governance and construct effective management and guiding mechanism according to the features of network public opinion at each ohase.
