摘要
通过分析运载火箭应用背景提出了电液复合伺服控制系统方案,分别介绍了其工作原理,建立了相应仿真模型。在动态性能和节能效率方面与传统电液伺服系统和电静液伺服系统进行了对比,仿真结果显示电液复合伺服控制系统虽然动态性能不及传统电液伺服系统,但相对于电静液伺服系统却有较大改善,完全能够满足运载火箭的动态指标要求,节能效率相对于传统电液伺服系统有了显著提升。
This paper proposes an electro-hydraulic complex servo system based on application background of launch vehicle. The working principle and the simulation model of that are also introduced and established, respectively. The electro-hydraulic complex servo system, the conventional electro-hydraulic servo system and the electro-hydrostatic servo system have several comparisons on the aspects of the dynamic characteristics and the saving ener- gy efficiency. The results indicated the dynamic characteristics of electro-hydraulic complex servo system have several improve comparing to the electro-hydrostatic servo system although it is not better than that of the conventional electro-hydraulic servo system, which can meet the dynamic characteristics demand of launch vehicle well. The saving energy efficiency of that has a prominent improve comparing to that of the conventional electro-hydraulic servo system.
