摘要
目的将中药炮制对临床合理用药的影响进行探讨。方法对2011年11月—2014年11月,三年期间在中药炮制方面出现的问题及因使用及存放不当而出现的问题进行归纳总结,找出出现问题的原因并加以改进。结果经研究发现,中药炮制对临床合理用药及患者出现的不良反应均具有直接影响。结论临床用药对患者的疾病恢复意义重大,要得到理想的用药效果,应从药品的选材开始,层层把关,严格筛选,根据药品的炮制流程严格分类进行,并在各个流程中加强监管力度,以提高中药饮片的质量,达到最佳药用效果,保证患者的用药安全。
Objective To discuss the effects of the processing of Chinese herbal medicine on clinical rational medication. Methods We summarized problems in the processing and due to the improper use and store from November 2011 to November 2014, then found out the reason, and improve it. Results The study showed that the processing of Chinese herbal medicine had direct impect on clinical rational medication and adverse reactions in patients. Conclusion Clinical medication on the recovery of patients was of great significance. In or-der to get ideal effect of drugs, material should be selected, made strict screening, carried out strict classification according to the pro-cessing proces, and strengthened supervision in each process, to improve the quality of the prepared drug in pieces, achieve the best effect of medication, and ensure the safety of the patient＇s medication.
