摘要
目的：探究中药炮制对临床合理用药的影响。方法选取2010年～2014年我院在日常中药的管理中出现炮制质量的问题，以及中药饮片使用不合理存在现象的归纳总结。结果经研究分析，发现中药炮制对临床的合理用药以及患者出现的不良反应等造成较大影响。结论加强对中药炮制的监管，中药饮片质量的提高，能够达到合理用药的效果。
Objective To explore the impact of traditional Chinese medicine processing in clinical rational drug usage. Methods The medication quality problem and improper usage of traditional Chinese medicine were analyzed and summarized from 2010 to 2014 in the hospital. Results The study showed that traditional Chinese medicine processing had a great influence to clinical rational drug usage and adverse reactions of patients. Conclusion Strengthen administration and governance of traditional Chinese medicine processing are conducive to increasing medication quality and achieving rational drug usage efficiency.
