摘要
本文基于工程应用型人才的培养,重点从人才培养模式的改革目标、改革主要内容和实践教学新体系的构建三个方面介绍了辽宁工业大学过程装备与控制工程专业的本科人才培养模式。改革与实践结果证明,本科毕业生具备了扎实的理论基础、较丰富的工程实践经验和一定的创新能力。改革对工程实践型人才的培养起到了引领示范作用。
Based on the cultivation of engineering application-oriented talents,focusing on the talents cultivation mode with three aspects,such as reform goal,main content and the construction of the new system of practice teaching,the paper introduced the process equipment and control engineering professionals training mode of Liaoning University of Technology.The reform and practice results proved that undergraduates have a solid basic theory,rich experience in engineering practice and a certain degree of innovation ability.It set an example for the training of engineering application-oriented talents.
