摘要
中国目前的弱势群体正从结构与心理两个维度日益被社会边缘化。根据高低、强弱的不同维度,在建构社会成员边缘化的理想类型的基础上,可以分析不同类型的中国社会弱势群体边缘化的特点。针对社会弱势群体边缘化的不同类型,通过宏观社会政策与微观社会工作手段分别应对弱势群体结构层面的边缘化与心理人格的边缘化,如此才能实现对弱势群体边缘化的善治。
[Abstract ] Based on the generalization and analysis of the features of structural and psychological marginality , this paper has constructed the ideal types for the marginalized members according to these two dimensions . The marginalization of social vulnerable groups can be divided into different types and their characteristics are analyzed . Given their distinctions , it is believed that specific measures should be taken to achieve good governance for vulnerable groups , by using social policies for structural marginalization and social work for psychological marginalization .
