摘要
归纳了科技成果价值的基本内涵,构建应用技术类科技成果价值评估框架,进而构建起价值评估体系;采用验证性因子分析检验的方法,根据104份专家对指标重要程度反馈数据对科技成果价值评估模型进行拟合检验、模型调整,得到最优评估体系并根据模型中各可测变量的路径系数对各指标进行赋权;为了检验评估体系的适用性,采用模糊综合评价法对A公司某项科技成果进行价值评估实践,结果表明本研究构建的经过验证性因子分析检验的科技成果价值评估体系具有良好的适用性,能够合理地对科技成果的价值进行评估。
This paper expounds the theory of scientific and technological achievement evaluation, constructs framework to evaluate applied technology value, and then establishes a value assessment system. We use confirmatory factor analysis to test the system with 104 expert data in model fitting, model adjustment. Then we get the optimal evaluation system and put value to indicators according to path coeffi- cient of variables in the model. Finally, we test the applicability of the evaluation system. We evaluate the scientific and technological a- chievements of A company using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results show that the evaluation system has good applicabil- ity, and can reasonably evaluate the value of scientific and technological achievements.
