摘要
目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者CAl99水平与血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc)、胰岛素抵抗和β细胞功能之间的相关性。方法:选取2型糖尿病患者169例,分为高Hb Alc组和低Hb Alc组;另外选取健康体检者100例为对照组。测定各组研究对象外周血的FPG、Hb Alc、C肽(C-P)、CA199水平,并计算胰岛素抵抗指数和β细胞功能指数。比较各组研究对象的CA199水平,并对影响CA199水平的因素进行分析。结果:高Hb Alc组患者的CA199水平高于低Hb Alc组(P<0.05)。Pearson分析研究显示,CA199水平与Hb Alc、FPG呈正相关(P<0.05);与胰岛素抵抗、β细胞功能无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:CA199水平与2型糖尿病患者血糖、Hb Alc密切相关。
Objective: To investigate relations of CA199 level in patients with type 2 diabetes and fast plasma glucose( FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin( Hb Alc),insulin resistance,and βcell function. Methods: The 169 patients with type 2 diabetes were enrolled,and they were divided into high Hb Alcgroupand low Hb Alc group. 100 heathy volunteers were used as control group. The FPG,Hb Alc,C-peptide( C-P) and CA199 levels in peripheral blood were detected,and the insulin resistance and βcell function indexes were calculated. The CA199 levels of these groups were compared,and the factors influencing the CA199 level were analyzed. Results:The CA199 levelofthehigh Hb Alcgroup was significantly higher than that of the low Hb Alc group( P< 0. 05). Pearson relation analysis showed that the CA199 level was positively correlated with Hb Alc and FPG( P<0.05),but had no correlations with insulin resistance and βcell function( P>0.05). Conclusions: CA199 level is closely correlated with Hb Alc and FPG for the patients with type 2 diabetes.
