摘要
为深入了解湘西植烟土壤芽孢细菌区域特征,对湘西州105个烤烟主产区植烟土壤样品进行化验分析研究.结果表明:湘西州植烟土壤芽孢细菌数量平均值为44.03(×10^4cfu/g),变幅为6.04~97.27(×10^4cfu/g),变异系数为51.07%,40%样本分布在30.1~50(×10^4cfu/g)范围内,30.48%样本分布10.1~30(×10^4cfu/g)范围内,总体上呈右偏态低阔单峰近似正态分布,分布相对靠前,主要分布区间在20.1~50(×10^4cfu/g)范围,累计分布频率为57.15%.方差分析表明,土壤芽孢细菌数量与土壤pH值呈近似极显著正相关近似直线关系.
Spore bacteria in 105 soil samples taken from main tobacco -growing field in Xiangxi prefecture were tested in or-der to understand roundly regional character of spore bacteria.The results indicated that average value of spore bacteria was 44.03(×104 cfu/g),amplitude was 6.04 ~97.27(×104 cfu/g),variable coefficient was 51.07%,the soil samples for spore bacteria value in 30.1 ~50 accounted for 40%,as in 10.1 ~30(×104 cfu/g)accounted for 30.48%,the distribution of spore bacteria in general was right skewness low broadly unimodal approximate normal distribution,distribution of relative,the main distribution area in the range of 20.1 ~50(×104 cfu/g),cumulative frequency distribution was 57.15%,the span of 30 points.After varience analysis,the results indicated that pH was efficient between approximate high significantly (F =3.311, p =0.0109)approximate linear relationship positive correlation changed with the spore bacteria.
