摘要
自小麦叶、穗分离得到180个Bacillu SPP.分离物,其中有22个使玉蜀黍赤霉Gibberella zeae(Schw.)Petch产生大量厚垣孢子。分离物—2等使G.zeae产生扇形过度分枝,91—2可使顶端菌丝溶解,5—1、—2等可使菌丝细胞原生质浓缩成颗粒状。离体叶针刺接种及离体穗人工接种的试验结果表明:—2等能显著减轻叶片或穗部人工接种的发病程度,表现出较强的防病潜力。
Twenty two isolates of Bacillus spp. were tested on PDA in the presence of G. zeae as test organism. Much cladospores were produced nearby the inhibition zone. Isolate—2 caused the production of sectored growth of G. ezae. Isolate 91—2 caused the啊 lysis of hypha. Isolate 5—1, —2 caused granular condensation of the hyphal cytoplasm. Tests conical on detached leaves and ears of wheat showed that isolates —2, 8—2, etc, significantly redeced the severity of diseace coused by antificial inoculation of the showing considerable protection potential against infection by G. zeae.
