摘要
为了增强M2高速钢的表面性能,应用激光织构技术,制造了表面凹坑形貌。在特定的激光参数下,对加工形成的凹坑周围的金属组织、显微硬度做了观察和测定。在改变电流参数后,对不同参数下形成的凹坑表面形貌进行了观察分析。结果表明:凹坑由汽化区、熔凝区、热影响区组成,由于微观组织的变化,各区的显微硬度也不同。电流参数的变化影响了凹坑的表面形貌,电流的增加与凹坑直径为非线性关系。
In order to enhance the surface properties of M2 high speed steel, the surface morphology of pits is made by laser texturing technology. The metal structure and micro-hardness on the surface of pits are observed and measured in the specific parameters. The surface morphology of the pits is observed and analyzed with different current parameters. The results show that the pit is composed of vaporization zone, melting zone and heat effect zone. The micro-hardness of the each zone is different because of the change of the micro-structare. The changes of circuit parameters affect the surface morphology of pits. There is a nonlinear relationship between the increase of circuit and the diameter of pits.
