摘要
鉴于酒店业对于国家经济发展的重要程度,而旅游人才的教育与培训又是其稳定发展的重要保障,所以关于我国星级酒店数量与旅游教育人数之间进行相关性分析十分重要,不仅能够丰富相关研究理论基础,也为业界管理者提供了良好的借鉴与参考。作者选取了2001-2013年13年的全国性数据,运用SPSS16.0统计分析软件,采用相关性分析法针对各变量指标进行探索性研究,发现我国星级酒店数量(除二星级酒店之外)均与旅游教育具有较强线性相关关系,据此提出几点政策性建议。
In view of the importance of hotel industry for the national economic development, and the education and training of tourism talents is important guarantee for the development of hotel industry steadily, the correlation analysis of the number of star-hotels and the number of tourism education is very important which not only enrich related research theory, but also provides good reference to managers. The author selected the 13 years of national data from 2001 to 2013 and researched each variable indicators exploratory using correlation analysis by SPSS16.0 statistical analysis software, then found that the number of star-hotels （except the two-star hotel） had the strength of linear relationship with tourism education, and at last , the author put forward several policy suggestions on the basis of the conclusions.
