摘要
通过对河北省肿瘤医院肿瘤登记随访数据进行分析,总结医院病案中存在的问题,总结随访工作经验,提出病案信息及随访系统需进一步完善的方法,提高登记地区肿瘤登记随访数据质量。
Through analysis of cancer registry data from Hebei Cancer Hospitals,the problems of reported data currently were summarized,and the follow up system in the hospital was introduced. The reasons and put forward methods for further perfect medical record information management system to improve the quality of cancer registry data were explored.
