摘要
通过银杏叶黄芪提取物软胶囊的安全毒理学研究,考察本产品的安全性及辅助降血脂功能。依据食品安全性毒理学评价程序和方法对银杏叶黄芪提取物软胶囊进行急性经口毒性试验、三项遗传毒性试验、30 d大鼠喂养实验。急性经口毒性试验表明此产品为无毒级,三项遗传毒性试验结果均为阴性,30 d大鼠喂养实验中各剂量组对大鼠一般生理体征、身体指标等均未见异常。银杏叶黄芪提取物软胶囊属无毒级、无遗传毒性,同时具有辅助降血脂功能。
According to safety toxicology study of soft capsule of extracts from Ginkgo biloba leave and Astragalu,the safety of this product and auxiliary function of reducing blood fat were reviewed. Acute oral toxicity test,three genetic toxicity tests and 30 days feeding test were used in this study to assess the safety of soft capsule of extract from Ginkgo biloba leaves according to the procedures for toxicol logical assessment of food. Acute oral toxicity test showed that this was a non-toxic grade,three genetic toxicity test results were negative,the physical signs and fur of the rat in each dose had no abnormal phenomenon in the samples. The soft capsule of extracts from Ginmgo biloba and Astragalu has no acute toxicity,no genotoxicity,helps to reduce blood lipid functional.
