摘要
企业作为社会力量参与公共文化服务,是构建现代公共文化服务体系,推动公共文化服务社会化、均等化的内在要求。在当前社会转型的背景下,企业参与公共文化服务,既是应对"政府失灵"的有效手段,也是企业承担社会责任的现实体现。文章以北大资源参与公共文化服务的实践为个案研究,分析了其"合作化供给"模式的内在机制,并在社会交换的视角下探讨了企业参与公共文化服务可持续发展之路。
As a social force participating in public cultural services,enterprises are the inherent requirement in building modern system and promoting the socialization and equalization of public cultural services.Under the background of the current social transformation,enterprises' participation in public cultural services is a means of dealing with the "government failure",as well as the real embodiment of corporate social responsibility.Based on the case study of the resources of Peking University participated in the practice of public cultural services,this article analyzes the internal mechanism of "cooperative supply",and from the perspective of social exchange,it also discusses the sustainable development path of enterprises' participation in public cultural services.
