摘要
目的:观察香菇多糖注射液对中晚期肺癌患者化疗后疗效及生存质量的影响。方法:将86例中晚期肺癌患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组均给予多西他赛和顺铂化学治疗,治疗组在此基础上,静脉滴注香菇多糖注射液,连续治疗两个月后,分析比较2组患者实体瘤体积变化情况及临床疗效,并监测患者免疫指标和药物的毒副作用。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率为37.2%,高于对照组的16.3%(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后Kamofsky生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后CD8+低于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗后CD4+/CD8+高于治疗前(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后CD8+、CD4+/CD8+低于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗后比较,治疗组CD3+、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制和肝/肾功能不全的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:香菇多糖注射液治疗中晚期肺疗效显著,具有保护免疫功能和降低毒副作用,提高患者的生存质量。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of lentinan injection in treatment with medium and advanced lung can- cer. Methods： The 86 cases patients with medium and advanced lung cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The two groups accepted the same conventional chemotherapy treatment. And the treatment group was given chemotherapy besides. After treatment for two months, the solid tumors, curative effect evaluation, immune index change and drug side effects were compared and analyzed. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 37.2%,which was signifi- cantly higher than that of the control group （16.3%）（P〈0.05）;The kamofsky quality of life score of the treatment group was sig- nificantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）;The content of CD3＋, CD4＋ and NK cells of the research group had no significant difference than before （P〉O.05）, while the content of CD3~, CD4~, CD8~, CD4~/CD8~ and NK cells significantly reduced after treatment （P〈0.05）. In the comparison of drug side effects between the two groups, the gastrointestinal reaction, the inci- dence of bone marrow suppression and liver/renal insufficiency of the research group of were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The application of lentinan injection in treatment with medium and advanced lung cancer can effectively protect the immune function and reduce the side effects, and can improve the quality of life.
