摘要
食药用菌多糖是食药用菌中重要的生物活性成分,现就食药用菌多糖的免疫药理作用、产品开发现状进行综述,提出了目前食药用菌多糖开发、研究中存在的问题及对策。
Polysaceharides were the important biologically active components in edible and pharmaceutical fungus. This article presented the current research of its pharmacological effect and exploitation in details, meanwhile, the problems encountered during the research and exploitation of edible and pharmaceutical fungus polysaccharides were also discussed.
