摘要
为提高蚕桑生产附加值以及寻找适宜的香菇袋料生产替代栽培料,通过以桑枝屑、蚕沙为原料,经袋料栽培、液体摇床培养、平板培养来探讨香菇对桑枝及蚕沙的利用情况,筛选出了最佳的桑枝屑、蚕沙添加比栽培配方。结果显示:配方中桑枝屑、蚕沙、麦麸、葡萄糖、磷酸二氢钾、石膏的质量分数分别为85%,8%,3%,2%,1%,1%时较适宜香菇生长,表明以桑枝和蚕沙为主料栽培香菇是可行的。
In order to find substitution for cultivation medium in Lentinula edodes productive practice,increase the value-added of sericulture production,higher production and efficiency medium formula is screened out through the tests of bag cultivation,liquid shaking culture and plate culture by experiment on consumption change of mulberry sawdust,silkworm excrement,cotton seed hull and bran.Results show that the suitable formula is composed of 85%mulberry branches,8%silkworm excrement,3%bran,2%glucose,1%potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 1%plaster.The results also show that cultivation of Lentinula edodes with mulberry branches and silkworm excrement as main materials is workable.
