摘要
目的:观察针刺联合超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗白内障合并青光眼的临床疗效。方法:选取白内障合并青光眼患者61例(70只眼),随机分为治疗组31例(35只眼)与对照组30例(35只眼),治疗组采用针刺联合超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗,对照组采用超声乳化白内障吸除术,观察两组治疗后的一般情况、视力、眼压以及其综合临床疗效。结果:术后两组患者的一般情况均有明显缓解,两组在症状上治疗前后差异显著;两组的视力在术后1周、1月、3月、6月不断地提高,组内治疗前后相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组间眼压在治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。两组在术后满意度及视觉质量自我评价情况上,治疗组亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合超声乳化白内障吸出术治疗白内障合并青光眼有较好的临床疗效。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture and phacoemulsification on patients with cataract and glaucoma. Methods： The 61 patients （70 eyes） with cataract and glaucoma were selected, and divided into 31 cases （35 eyes） in treatment and 30 cases in control groups （35 eyes）. Patients were treated by phacoemulsification, and acupuncture plus pha- coemulsification in treatment group. The general condition, vision, intraocular pressure and clinical efficacy were observed. Re- suits： All patients have eased significantly in the general condition.The visions of all Patients were improving continually after 1 week,1 month,3 month and 6 month, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The intraocular pressure change showed statistical differ- ence in two groups （P〈0.05）, and the treatment group got better efficacy than the control group. The treatment group showed bet- ter effect on postoperative satisfaction and visual quality evaluation than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture and phacoemulsification showed good efficacy on patients with cataract and glaucoma.
