摘要
目的临床观察应用超声乳化技术治疗白内障膨胀期继发性青光眼,同时植入多焦点人工晶体的有效性和安全性。方法对37例51眼膨胀期白内障继发性青光眼患者行超声乳化联合ReSTOR多焦点人工晶状体植入术,观察手术前、后的视力、屈光状态、角膜曲率、眼压、内皮细胞计数、立体视觉、脱镜率、病人视力习惯和满意程度。结果术后患者裸眼及最佳矫正视力等均较术前提高。结论以成熟的超声乳化手术技术摘除膨胀期白内障治疗其继发性闭角型青光眼是安全和有效的,多焦点人工晶体的植入满足了患者强烈的脱镜要求,其远期效果有待进一步观察。
Objective To observe the effectiveness and safety of multi-focal intraocular lens implantation for treatment of secondary glaucoma due to intumescent senile cataract.Methods Phacoemulsification and implantation of Acrysof ReSTOR multi-focal IOL was performed on 51 eyes of 37 secondary glaucoma patients with intumescent senile cataract.Preoperative and postoperative visual acuity, refractive error, operative and postoperative complications were observed.Results Postoperative VA improves.so does the bilateral visual acuity.Conclusion Phacoemulsification with Acrysof ReSTOR multi-focal IOL implantation is a safe,effective procedure for the treatment of secondary glaucoma due to intumescent senile cataract. Further follow-up over a longer period is needed to fully assess the effectiveness and complications of this operation.
