摘要
由荷兰食品安全认证基金会发布的食品安全体系认证FSSC22000整合了食品安全管理体系ISO22000和食品安全公共可用规范(PAS220、PAS222和PAS223),明确规定和统一了前提方案内容,2009年获得了全球食品安全倡议的批准,成为全球统一的食品安全管理体系标准。目前全世界超过7000组织获得FSSC22000认证,27家权威认可机构认同FSSC2000认证方案,90家第三方认证机构获得FSSC认证许可,144个国家有FSSC22000认证证书。从2009年12月10日开始到2013年12月31日共有742个中国境内企业通过FSSC22000认证,主要分布在广东省、江苏省和上海市,认证产品主要为室温下可长时间放置在货架上的产品。随着FSSC22000在全球推进步伐的加快以及我国食品业的快速发展,在我国推行FSSC22000认证达到全球认可的优势将越来越凸显,因此我国相关部门在对食品安全国家标准进行修订和整改的过程中及早接轨食品安全公共可用规范,对于减少食品企业重复认证以及提高食品企业降低食品安全风险都具有重要意义。
Based on Food Safety Management System ISO22000 and publicly available specification(PAS220,PAS222 and PAS223),FSSC22000 was issued by the FFSC(Foundation for Food Safety Certification) in Netherlands, clearly defined and unified prerequisite programs(PRPs), recognized by GFSI(Global Food Safety Initiative) in 2009, become a global unified food safety management system standards. Currently more than 7,000 certificates have FSSC22000 certification, 27 accreditation bodies agree FSSC2000 certification program,90 certification bodies can permission FSSC certification, 144 countries have FSSC22000 certification.From December 10, 2009 began to December 31, 2013 a total of 742 enterprises in China through FSSC22000 certification, mainly in Guangdong Province, Jiangsu Province and Shanghai, mainly at products with a long shelf life at ambient temperature. With the rapid development of FSSC22000 certification in the global and the rapid development of food industry in China, the recognized globally advantages of FSSC22000 certification in China will become more prominent, so in the processing of revision and rectification national food safety standards we should integration Publicly Available Specification early, will have important significance in reducing duplication certified and improving food enterprises to reduce food safety risks.
