摘要 远程骨科手术机器人以其操作的精确性、灵活性以及稳定性正逐步得到临床及患者的认可,并成为实现骨外科手术微创化、数字化和智能化的手段,尤其是通过远程手术方案指导规划和控制,对发挥北京积水潭等国内知名专家的作用和提高新疆边远地区创伤救治能力具有重要意义。以新疆克拉玛依市中心医院引进的远程骨科手术机器人为背景,对骨科手术机器人及其导航系统在远程指导骨科创伤手术的使用进行介绍,对系统平台搭建、现场手术实施以及远程规划操控分别进行阐述。 With its accuracy,flexibility,and stability of operation,remote orthopaedic surgery robot is gradually recognised by clinic and patients,and becomes the means to realize the minimally invasive,digital and intelligent bone surgery.Especially by guidance and control of telesurgery plan,it has great significance for playing the role of Beijing Jishuitan and other domestic well-known experts and improving the ability of trauma care in remote areas in Xinjiang.Under the background of remote orthopaedic surgery robot introduced by Karamay Central Hospital,the use of orthopedic surgery robot and their navigation system in the guidance on the remote orthopaedic trauma surgery is introduced.The building of system platform,implementation of field operation and remote planning and control are explained respectively.
