摘要 磁共振成像技术以其无放射性损伤及软组织分辨率高等优点被广泛应用于人体的多个系统及部位的成像。扩散峰度成像(diffusion kurtosis imaging,DKI)作为一项新的磁共振功能成像技术,可以从微观领域评估组织结构的完整性,较扩散张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)更有优势,目前主要应用于中枢神经系统及其他系统的研究。本文就DKI技术的基本原理及临床应用现状进行简要综述。
