摘要
传统温升试验电源在电网电压波动及负载变化的情况下,难以实现温升试验电流的稳定控制,对温升试验的结果影响较大。为解决上述问题,根据现有温升试验电源的操作原理,采用DSP和FPGA设计了一种专用的温升试验测控装置,该装置可根据温升试验的工艺要求,通过实时采集计算温升试验电流的大小、频率,计算调节调压器所需的接触器动作时间和变频器所需的频率调节给定,确保温升试验电流的大小及频率稳定在设置的阈值之内;同时,根据温升试验规范,结合LabVIEW软件设计了温升试验的远程监控后台。试验结果表明,所设计的温升试验测控系统能够满足温升试验的工艺需求,能够较好地实现温升试验电流及频率的稳定控制,提高温升试验工作效率。
Under the conditions of the power grid voltage fluctuations and load changes,the traditional temperature rise test power is difficult to realize stable control of the temperature rise test current,and has larger influence on the results of the temperature rise test.To solve the above problems,based on the principle of operation of the existing temperature rise test power system,a special temperature rise test measurement and control device based on DSP and FPGA is designed.According to the requirements of the temperature rise test process,this device can acquire the size and frequency of temperature rise test current by real-time,calculate the contactor action time required for regulating voltage regulator and the frequency setting regulated for the inverter,ensure that the size and frequency of the temperature rise test current stability within the set threshold.Meanwhile,according to the temperature rise test specification,combined with LabVIEW software,the remote monitoring system is designed.Experimental results show that the designed temperature rise test measurement and control system can meet the process requirements of temperature rise test,better achieve the stability control of the current and frequency,enhance the working efficiency of the temperature rise test.
