摘要
运用价值工程理论和方法,进行项目设计方案的优化活动,寻找在可靠实现项目所需功能的同时,设计方案寿命周期成本最小,从而达到项目投资效益最大化和提升项目建设价值的效果。
By using the theory and method of value engineering, the optimization of project design scheme is carried out, and at the same time of realizing reliably the required functions of the project, the design scheme of the minimum life cycle cost is found to achieve the project investment benefit maximization and the effect of improving the project construction value.
