摘要
工程量清单报价是施工企业签订承包合同的重要组成部分,是编制工程标底、投标报价和工程结算调整工程量的依据。其实行是对传统计价模式的重大转变,是建设工程市场行为规范化、法制化的一项改革性措施,是我国工程计价模式与国际计价惯例接轨的具体举措。施工企业应转变观念,尽快掌握新的模式,提高企业的竞争力。
The engineering quantity detailed list mode price is an important component of the contract, and the basis of establishing the project＇s base price, bidding price, settling accounts and adjusting projects.
