摘要
主要讨论了化工石油设备管道安装关键技术的相关问题,以求为未来化工石油设备管道安装提供理论支撑。先讨论了化工石油设备管道安装的常见技术,包括工程材料质量控制、管道安装施工质量控制等;再以泵类装置为切入点,对其施工技术进行讨论。从相关措施的应用情况来看,其相关技术能有效满足化工设备管道安装的施工质量控制的要求,具有良好的应用价值,应该在更多地区做进一步推广。
In order to provide theoretical support for the installation of petrochemical equipment and pipelines in the future,the key technology of petrochemical equipment pipeline installation is discussed.First discuss the chemical equipment,oil pipeline installation of common technology,including quality control of engineering materials,pipe installation construction quality control etc.;again in pump device as the breakthrough point,the construction technology are discussed.From the application of relevant measures,the relevant technology can effectively meet the requirements of the construction quality control of chemical equipment and pipeline installation, with good application value, should be in more areas to further promote.
